I have experience working both in-house and agency. I have also worked for B2B and B2C businesses within the trade and retail sector. A huge part of this was being part of a company rebrand involving website design, email campaigns, social media and large format print graphics, working to improve their customer journey and driving better brand awareness. Working agency-side lead me to work with a variety of clients within the marketing, charity, corporate and governing sectors.
